The Artists

Jennifer was born in Scotland. She became an elementary school teacher and moved to Switzerland where she spent 22 years teaching in international schools. In 2001 she moved to Los Angeles where she taught at the Corinne Seeds University Elementary school at UCLA. On moving to Salem, Jennifer’s life took a different direction. She went back to school and accomplished her life-long ambition to study painting. She received a BFA from Western Oregon University in 2010. Since 2010 she has worked at Salem Art Association. Jennifer’s paintings have sold well in the Willamette Valley and she continues to paint as often as possible. Jennifer is also very active in Pentacle theatre where she acts and directs. She is the happy mother of three amazing grown up children, Katie, Briony and Iain.
